When hard times fall, do you eat bad??

Naturally Slim Shakes?
I have this in 3 flavours and love them... But I want to have them twice a day again, but today I did Breakfast and Dinner and I thought it was good! Would you do Breakfast and Lunch? or Breakfast and Dinner?/ What do you think the benefits are for either?

I am Back for the 3rd time!

Help... Going away for a long weekend...
On Thursday, I am going to cook a roast chook and then shred it, for sandwiches etc, but other then that what can we eat, that is healthy... We will be spending most of our time on the road... We are going to Taupo, then to Whakatane, then Waikato and up to Pokeno!

What am I doing wrong?
This is my week so far for exercise! it goes exercise then calories Daily Total / Goal 285 / 30 - 2081 / 276 Weekly Total / Goal 455 / 150 - 3332 / 1380 and I have come under my calories only just sometimes, but I can seem to move any weight since I had my AF Help, I am losing faith in my body!

TBH I am so Scared!
After Thursday and my shock breakdown (10 months of holding everything in), I am too scared to exercise, leaving the house is a scary thought for me...
