Help... Going away for a long weekend...

On Thursday, I am going to cook a roast chook and then shred it, for sandwiches etc, but other then that what can we eat, that is healthy... We will be spending most of our time on the road...

We are going to Taupo, then to Whakatane, then Waikato and up to Pokeno!

    Take a thermos of coffee and some buns, crackers, cheese,or low fat muesli bars, fruit...just snack before you get hungry otherwise you'll be stopping for takeaways.
