Not hungty - should I eat to reach my cal goal?
I am dieting but not exercising, however I am active in my job, and day to day life, nothing strenuous, just on my feet walking, cleaning, playing with my kids, etc. My calorie goal is currently 1200, however today I only ate about 800 calories and I am not hungry for some reason.
