Thanks, I actually didn't realize you could think of it in terms of "weekly" goals. I know I won't have a problem making up for the deficit another day... There are definitely days where I am at my goal and I NEED MORE FOOD.

Amazing! Congrats :) To be honest though, I'm doing the math, looking at your pics I don't see how you have another 50lbs to lose!! I think you look great.

Maybe you are gaining muscle, getting more toned and not losing "lbs" because of this? I would think that in 2 weeks it wouldn't be very noticeable yet. Regardless, you are doing something great for your health - keep at it - it will pay off!

Sounds like my story too! Don't feel guilty, and don't let that one night throw you off track. In the scheme of things, that one day isn't going to make much of a difference if you stick with what you were doing - really!
