Hi all I'm looking for easy to throw on healthy low carb high protein dinners. Perhaps good slow cooker recipes? I'm out the door at 7am and I don't get in until 7.45pm on a gym night or 6.30pm on normal days
Does anyone have any go to low carb/ high protein snack ideas for mid morning before lunch and the time in between lunch and dinner? I've been snacking on cashew nuts, non fat Greek yogurt with berries but ideally it'd be great if anyone has any more satisfying options?
