Does anyone have any go to low carb/ high protein snack ideas for mid morning before lunch and the time in between lunch and dinner?
I've been snacking on cashew nuts, non fat Greek yogurt with berries but ideally it'd be great if anyone has any more satisfying options?

protein sludge - sounds disgusting, tastes amazing. 1 scoop protein powder, 3 tbsp water or milk, 1 tbsp peanut butter
proats - oatmeal mixed with protein powder
ricotta cheese mixed with peanut butter - not the highest in protein, but good anyway

Good shout. I may try and mix up a batch of protein bars. I've never tried cottage cheese before just due to the way it looks! -but I'll give this a try!0 -

Oh yes great idea. I've seen you can use a muffin tin some ham, and an egg to make some tasty treats. Have you tried before?0 -

I love these Quiche cupcakes and they're only 57 calories each. Easy to make a batch and eat all week.0 -

Oooh I may have to be naughty and add some fresh berries but a great way to get a double dose of protein. Thanks!0 -
Morning Joe with vanilla protein powder. Mix a scoop of the powder with a little water, milk, almond milk or whole cream (whatever your preference) for a latte. Not a snack per say, but a good boost to breakfast or post morning workout.0

I have to try protein sludge.
I usually do eggs with spicy salsa or crustless quiche.
Greek yogurt - I buy plain and stir frozen fruit
Cottage cheese with sliced berries or pineapple if I am in the mood for sweet or sometimes savoury with salsa and chives.0 -
This morning, fried egg, cheese, avocado.......I'll have it on an Asiago bagel.....so skip the bagel. Maybe some Sriracha sauce as a topper0
