Strength Training + Cardio + Krav Maga/Marial Arts
I asked this question on another forum and didn't get any replies. Wondering if anyone has done or is considering strength training in addition to cardio and martial arts. I get different viewpoints depending on which camp I talk with (the weight side vs the martial arts side). Surely someone out there is doing both. About…

Strength Training in Addition to Martial Arts?
This may sound like an odd question and I've asked in a couple of different forums without getting any specific answers. I lifted for strength on the StrongLifts program for the past year. Am I Moderate or Heavy Activity?
This might be a dumb question here, but i'm a bit of a newbie to this diet stuff so I thought i'd ask. I've been doing cardio every day, either running outdoors, elliptical or HIIT with jump rope. I'm having a very hard time hitting my daily calorie goals set here by MFP. Usually i'm coming in under my…

Heart Rate Monitors
I'm new here, apologies if this has been asked before. I'm checking into a heart-rate monitor because I'd like to get a more accurate read on my HR and calories burned during HIIT training. I'm seeing that the Polar monitors are supposed to be good, but wondering what everyone else here recommends?
