Am I Moderate or Heavy Activity?

This might be a dumb question here, but i'm a bit of a newbie to this diet stuff so I thought i'd ask. I've been doing cardio every day, either running outdoors, elliptical or HIIT with jump rope. Often I will combine them and go for a total of about 45 minutes. My calorie burns vary (according to my HRM) to anywhere from 500-800 calories. I've been taking one day off every week.
Is this considered "hard" exercise?
I'm trying to correctly calculate my TDEE, so this is why i'm asking. Not sure whether I should calculate for moderate or heavy variables.
