Meal plan
So I just have a question about what type of daily meal plan everyone is following, I have been working at this for a few months and think I have plateaued. Does anyone have any suggestions that have worked for them?

Hey everyone, I am going out for Thai food tonight for my best friends birthday. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for what i should pick off the menu.. i know Thai food is typically very high calorie! I would love any suggestions!
