So I just have a question about what type of daily meal plan everyone is following, I have been working at this for a few months and think I have plateaued.
Does anyone have any suggestions that have worked for them?

I think it's useful to vary your diet and vary your exercise to keep the metabolism guessing! I saw recent advice that said, before eating ask yourself what am I doing for the next 3 hours? If it's quite physical have some good carbs, if not eat less carbs....0
