I'm a 24 year old woman with chubby arms. I want to shrink and tone them, any suggestions? I have weights, but I'm not really sure how to use them appropriately. I don't want to look like a body builder. Help!

I just got Zumba incredible results today and I'm loving it so far. Anyone else doing Zumba? Any tips or tricks? Give me some success stories to keep me motivated.

I recently began a spinach salad kick and have been eating them pretty consistently for lunch with a little bit of hard boiled egg and honey mustard for dressing.
