6lbs to target weight!
So, I'm 6lbs off my target weight. Losing the weight is the easy part, it seems! Keeping it off might be that little bit harder! What's the best way forward? Do I still watch my cals when I get there? Do I drop to less exercise?? what?? I could probably lose more weight but i'll be happy with what my target is - I don't…

Should I Buy new clothes yet??
I've now lost 2 stone. I've noticed my clothes are starting to look big on me! I still have another 1.5 stone to lose. So my question to all of you is - should I buy new clothes now or wait until I hit my target weight??
