So, I'm 6lbs off my target weight. Losing the weight is the easy part, it seems! Keeping it off might be that little bit harder! What's the best way forward? Do I still watch my cals when I get there? Do I drop to less exercise?? what??

I could probably lose more weight but i'll be happy with what my target is - I don't want to get too skinny!!

Congrats on making it this far. If you have a nutrition and fitness program that's sustainable, and can be a part of your lifestyle. Then I would stop at 6 lbs. You may fluctuate a couple of pounds every now and then (depending on when you weigh yourself and how much water/liquids you've consumed). But that's true of everyone.

If you're not sure you've reached that point to where you have something that's doable for the long haul, then I would focus on trying to do just that, while getting those remaining 6 pounds. Try to figure out when you'll be able to get in that physical activity, and try to adopt good and easy-ish choices for your nutrition habits.

I think once the transition from diet and working out to a lifestyle of good eating with an active lifestyle happens, then you'll be set.

    Good luck!
