NROL4W at home?
Right now the gym is not an option. I also have 50-60# to lose and a lot of strength to gain. I own the Bowlfex selectech weights and a yoga ball. No weight bench and no room for one but I do have stools that can likely work for a step up box. And I don't currently have a pull-up bar but I think using one would be far down…

I am looking for recommendations of a good book or app (or cards) for dumbbell and body weight exercises, including abs. Not videos since I own several. This would be for when I was working out while watching TV. TIA!

C-section question
I keep seeing people reference c-sections as if they make losing weight/reducing the mummy tummy difficult. I am curious to why, if this is the case. My first, over 7 years ago, was vaginal and my 3 month old was a section. My mummy tummy doesn't seem to be any different....
