I think that's great. The times I have tried running I haven't enjoyed it and now my life doesn't really lend itself to it (much easier to workout at home). BUT I do want to try again at some point and run a 5k.

Love this. I was a skinny teen but I smoked and never worked out. I want to be a 40 something who says I feel better than I did at any other age.
