Sorry..been busy. Behind on the weekly thread. It will be busy for me the next two weeks or so. 5/27 Did HIIT 30 & HITT 15. Low impact. Food was good. I had a 275 calorie cupcake. Not sorry either, it was good. Today knee pain is at a 1...I'm aware I have a knee cap and it is a tiny bit stiff.

I finished the 5 day inferno challenge. Lost 2-3 pounds. My scale goes up and down so much I can't be more specific. I also did light weight lifting during that week.
