calories burnt while hiking(Day hikes)
I have started to hike over the weekends and it is mostly 5-6hrs hike. I started to log them in MFP and it shows me that I burn 1000+ calories. shouldnt it be less? Also, for a person who hikes with not a big hikegear/ equipment and just a camelback type backpack, how much calories do they burn?

banana and a bad stomach ache
I have noticed in the past 3-4 years, I have never been able to eat a banana( organic, non organic) and have a happy stomach. I get real bad stomach ache. is this a normal thing to happen ..anything called banana allergy exists?? This doesnt happen with any other fruit/food. if anyone has insights , plz respond.

constantly getting above carbs count
Hi all... I try to watch what I eat and my total calorie count is generally under control. But what goes totally out of control is the carbs no. I am all the time above my carb no for the day by around 40 - 50. is that all right?? or it is the total calorie count that matters.. inputs?

suggestions for reducing pot belly
I am 5'3" and weight 118.75 pounds. I do have a healthy BMI according to fitness measurements. my problem is mainly with the pot belly that i happen to have along with fat in hips n thighs. After reading MFP and other websites online I have understood that one cannot spot reduce. I cardio for atleast 3-4 hours per week.…
