Another 30DS question!
I started 30DS, it's only day 3 and I gained 2 pounds :( ( Will I lose after I keep up with it for some days? I plan to stick with it for 30 days even if I don't lose weight but I don't want to gain:(( Please share your experience with 30DS and weight gain! :flowerforyou:

People who have only 20 pounds to lose...
How did you lose the 20 pounds? I know if you have a lot of weight to lose, then 20 may not seem like a big number. But, I have only 20 pounds to lose and did not manage to lose it for the past 5 or 6 years. Please share your success / ideas!
