Hi OP- It looks like you are going vegetarian bcos you want to and not solely for weight loss...that's good and yes. the weight loss is probably due to suddenc hnage in the diet. Take it from a life long vegeterian- it has nothing to do with weight loss which u already seem to know anyway!!

General Motors diet...7 days- first day fruits, second day veggies, etc...looked great at the end of the week and put it all back on the following week! :o

Hi- One thing that helped me for definition or tone is '30 Day Shred'. You won't lose a lot of weight, I mean you do lose some at a slow pace but it is great for arms, abs and thighs!! *Edited for spelling errors

I know that feeling...try spending time on feet as standing burns more calories than sitting. Eat less before dinner time. You don't have to make it upto all the 300 cals....little bit helps too!
