As it is Red Nose day here in the UK, we have a cake stall in the office, selling all kinds of guey and yummy cakes, and we are having a BBQ at dinnertime with burgers and hot dogs... im thinking my calories may go over slightly, good job i cycled to work toady. But it's all for a good cause...
