You can tell the weather is improving, just signed up for the first of many charity bike rides of 2011.

This one is a mere 45 miles :O but luckily there's a few of us doing it, which always makes it easier. I think i may need to eat a whole lot of food to eat back my exercise calories.
Anybody else got any cycling events lines up this year?

I don't have any specific events lined up but have just recently found a whole huge bunch of bike trails on the lower pennines that I plan to tackle! My bike is only a cheap mountain bike so it's not great for off-roading as it has virtually no suspension, but it'll be ok for some of those lower trails! It's ridiculous, i've lived on the edge of the pennines for years and never realised what I had on my doorstep!0
