NSV - Uniform Blouse Loose!
I was so excited when putting on my uniform blouse (Air Force) after my cardio session and noticed that it fits a little less snug! Been a couple months of working out and two weeks of dieting. Reps or all at once?
Are these squats done in reps? Or nonstop? When it reaches such high numbers, does it need to be done all at once or can you space it throughout the day? Can't wait to firm up my booty. :tongue:
