Does this sound like a healthy, low cal snack?
My invention, it is very good, I think anyway. 4 oz. Butternut squash, baked, mashed 4 oz. Acorn squash, baked, mashed 1/2 cup Raisin Bran cereal 2 tsp. brown sugar sprinkle with cinnamon Nuke in the microwave for 1 minute, stir and eat. It works out to 202 calories, 51 carbs, no fat, 6 protein, 17 sugars
