Late night food
If you happen to eat something at say, 2 AM, do you log it for the night before or the morning after? Does it matter if you were still up, or if you had slept at that point? Just curious!

Dropping dress/jeans sizes?
I'm just wondering what a reasonable expectation is, as far as losing inches and dropping down in dress sizes? I know that there are a million variables (muscle tone, for one) but in general, how many pounds lost means going down a size?

It's just before dinner time here, and I have 900 calories left to eat today. There is no way I can eat that many calories in the next six hours.
