New to Running
So I've recently decided to try running. I currently still walk 7,000 to 10,000 steps a day. I've downloaded a 5k app that trains you to run a 5k in 9 weeks. Does anyone have any tips for beginners or how I should start?

Trying to Get Started
Hi for starters, Okay so I have started up MFP and have been consistent for 10 days now. I am 5'4 and 155lbs, I use to weigh 115 but last year do to stress and medication I went up to 155.
