Les amis francophone
Salut, Maintenant je suis en traine d'apprendre le français. J'aimerais faire des amis qui parlent français et qui peuvent m'aider! Est-ce qu'il y a des francophones dans MFP? À plus!

Mysterious Bruises
Hi everyone! I'm just wondering if anyone else has begun getting mysterious bruises since they've started exercising. I've always bruised like a peach but ever since I started working out regularly I seem to have more bruises (mostly on my legs). I don't really mind but I was wondering if anyone else had experienced this.

Tea addicts unite
Any fellow tea addicts out there? I've always loved tea but since starting my weight lose journey I've switched more towards green and herbal teas. I…

Under calorie goal

Is it too horrible if I'm under 1200 net calories on a regular basis? For instance yesterday I was like 400ish under but I actually ate over 1500 calories.…

Wrong starting weight
Hi everyone, I put a "guesstimate" for my original weight when I started MFP. When I actually weighed in I realized it was higher. I know it's silly but I would like my weight loss to date to show the correct number (down 4lbs instead of 1). Is there anyway of changing the number I originally started at? Thanks!

New to MFP
Hi everybody, I'm new to MFP and not sure how it works. Anyone else just starting their weight loss/healthy lifestyle journey? What made you decided to start?
