same foods with different calorie count
I am curious what others do when they add a food they have eaten and there are 10 different listings with totally different calories listed. How do you know which one to use? For example you put taco salad and there are different listings and one is 350 and one is 600.....anyone else got any ideas? What do you do?

Didnt lose but gained....
Well I am so aggravated. I worked my butt off exercising and eating under my allowed calories and I gained weight. Very discouraging. I apparently am going to have to turn it up a notch!! :grumble: Anyone else have this happen?

I dont know about anyone else but after I found this site this has been the easiest thing I Have ever done. It is so easy when you can count out your calories and add your exercise. I have always had trouble losing weight and I can tell you if I can do this anyone can. I am so motivated to exercise and cutting back hasnt…

How do you add recipes?
I was trying to add a recipe but the options for the ingredients dont fit with the data base. I wanted to use 1/2 cup brown sugar but my only options were 1 tsp and 1 pkg. I have no idea how many tsp are in 1/2 cup. Not very helpful if you ask me.

hamburger with fries calories
Is it possible for a hamburger with fries to be 1000 calories? It doesnt even give you a choice of whats on it. No mayo or cheese should cut it back some but that isnt an option. Its just a small town burger/pizza place. I may have to exercise like a fiend to eat it but I dont do it often. Anyone else?
