Dont take this wrong but I think you are very sick. The weight you are at now is dangerously low. As for your goal..................has eating eating disorder written all over it. You need to get help ASAP. Please, we dont want anything to happen to you. Please let us know how things go and take care of yourself.

Thanks for all the advice. I may have estimated my food calories wrong. I dont think I am following the carbs and sodium I just watch calories. I guess this is a learning process.

Well I never even came close to 3500 calories any of the 14 days I have been doing this. You dont have to be so snippy. geeeeezzzzzz!!:huh:

Actually I quit drinking soda. Occasionally a diet one but mostly water and sugar free no calorie lemonade. I have been doing this for 14 days.

I did absolutely nothing different. I never went over my 1200 calories in fact they said I needed to eat more calories so I expected to stay the same but not gain. I was shocked.

Well it goes by your height and weight. Mine is 1200 and if I eat right dont eat that much.

Hi glad to see a northwesterner (?) here. Im from Oregon. Started 10 days ago. That was the smartest thing I ever did. This site is awesome. I am trying to lose 35.....5 already gone!!! Want to go on the ride together?

OMG Im a night time eater. Weird thing is I never used to be now its my worst habit. I would love to go on the journey. I want to lose a total of 35 lbs maybe more.

When you sign up it asks you your sex, weight and height. It then asks you how many lbs per week you want to lose and your level of activity. It should then give you your daily calories to lose that weight. Thats what it did for me. If it didnt I would being so well. Hope this makes sense. Good luck!

Well does anyone use the calorie count of the food already there? I personally dont want to go through every single ingredient and weigh and measure my cheese and ham just to eat a sandwich.

I totally agree. I havent really met anyone but I havent posted much! But this site is the best and its free. So many people are on weight watchers and jenny craig and atkins (the worst diet ever in my opinion) and they are paying a fortune. If anything I am saving money since I eat less food and cut out sugar and soda. So…

Thanks to everyone for their replies. I am thinking that they arent a healthy option only as a once in awhile thing. Everytime I go to town I love to get this burger. Of course how did I gain all this weight in the first place. Im not sure I can exercise enough but I have been getting alot of exercise calories burned so…
