Working graveyards has made it pretty difficult for me on my weight loss journey. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions because coke and chocolate are no longer an option.
I just started eating healthier and working out 4 days ago :) I guess i am just so used to failing that I am anxious about seeing results..Anyone want to share how long it took to start feeling or seeing results :)
