Hello Everyone :) I am looking for some suggestions to help improve my eating habits. Ill start by saying that Ive given up meat and I am feeling pretty good about it. Today will be exactly 13 days of no meat however it seems like I am stuffing myself with other junk to make up for the no meat goal. Any good suggestions on tricks that I may try so i dont sabotage myself..
