What fitness class should I try?

How do I stop the aches?!
I do BodyJam every week (sometimes twice). It's supposed to be a full routine, including warm up and cool down, but the next day, I ache like a mummylover, EVERY TIME. Am I not cooling down enough? Should I up my calorie goal?
Hello! I self set my calorie goal to 1300 a day, as 1200 seemed a bit ridiculous. Since, I have been reading the forums for a few weeks, and the general viewpoint is that my calorie goal should be the same or more than my BMR. MFP calculates that to be 1474.
