Am I eating enough calories?
Is your BMR recommendation based on your net calories for the day or total (not including the cal burned) I guess what I'm asking is if my daily recommendation is 1600 calories and I eat 1700 and burn 400 cal (which = 1300cal) am I still eating too little for the amount of exercise I do?
