Wow that is absolutely fantastic! Congratulations! I lost 10kg before using Myfitnesspal and now I would just like to monitor my nutrition and exercise and hopefully share all of the knowledge I've obtained with others to help them with their journey!

May I ask...have you worked out your BMR? and if so have you got that info from several different sources online? Some BMR calculators often suggest quite a low calorie diet and sometimes it is too low...which would be slowing down your motabalism. Try doing some strength exercises as well as cardio if you haven't already…

I'm actually at a weight where it's not really possible to lose anymore weight unless starving myself! So It's a good weight and I am also aiming to tone up the arms and etc :)

It's generally fine just keep in mind they will take Up a lot of your daily protein and as long as u don't have high cholesterol food throughout the day you may use up your protein allowance for your eggs in the morning :) just balance the rest of the day! And make Sure you get fibre
