I am 37 and am finding my backside is becoming flat. The problem is I put on muscle very easily in the thighs so don't like to do too many squats or lunges. Can anyone recommend any exercise for the butt that don't work the thighs too much.
Hi guys, hope everyones week went well for them. I weighed in and lost 1kg this week bringing my stats to 164cm tall, weight 61.7kg. Didn't get in as much exercise as I would have liked but am starting the 30 day shred on monday.
