Day 4 of insanity
Ok day 4 great. Day 1,2,3 was ready to do things to Shaun T. My workouts I have to modify do to a bad knee, but I'm doing it. I'm feeling better each day. Cleansing and eating well before starting Insanity
I have been cleansing my body for 2 days it feels great, so now I'm teaching myself how to eat and not go back to the way I was eating. 42 and starting Insanity
I am starting Insanity on the 10th I'm so ready to get back in shape. Anyone else has plans to start? I am not looking to the weight loss as I am to the inches lost. I have always been a inch person when it comes to working out. I AM SO EXCITED!!:smile:
