Nausea after working out
I get this and headaches often. I'm pretty sure the headaches are from the change in my temperature. I get really hot when working out and cool down pretty fast so whatever. But I always seem to be really nauseous after I work out. Is there anything that helps with that? I really don't enjoy it and would love to do…

New pant size =]
I've been a size 26 pants for about a year now. Today I tried on some size 24s. I've only lost about 10lbs so far but I'm a non stretch tight 24! I'm so excited. It's defiantly an improvement and the motivation I need!!!

30 day shred question
I did the 2o day shred on Sunday. It killed me which was awesome. Fast forward to monday and today? I hurt so bad. My question is, do I try and do it today or do I give it another day? I'm really a beginner at working out so should I push myself or rest. I feel like a fail since I didn't do it yesterday.
