Obese to Figure Competitor Examples?
Has anyone gone from very large (250-300 lbs or more) to a figure/body building competitor? Or know of anyone who has? Honestly, this is what I'd like to get to one day. But do you lose weight, and then go at it? Or do you just start following proper building diet and exercise and the body will follow?

Dairy Making My Allergies Worse??
I just developed allergies a couple years ago. Nothing major. This week I've eaten cheese, ice cream, dairy milk and LOTS of yogurt. Any foods that derail your efforts despite maintaining calor
What I mean is, I can stay 500 calories below my goal (putting me at about 1500/day) and if I eat bread within that 1500 calories (just a slice!) my weight loss comes to a grinding halt.
