Hello everyone! I used MFP about 5 years ago and lost 40 pounds. Over the past few years, life has thrown me quite a few curveballs and I have gained some of that back. I'm tired of making excuses and NEED to get back to enjoying ME. I want to be happy again and really feel good about myself...no mire excuses!

Leslie Party Songs and Radio Remixes
I recently purchased Leslie's Walk to the HITS Party Songs and Radio Remixes. I followed the Radio Remixes when it was on Youtube, but has since been removed. I also saw a preview of her Party Songs DVD. So far I've lost 49 pounds, and have a lot more to go. What are your thoughts/opinions of these DVD's?

With the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays coming up within the next several months, I am interested in finding new and healthy holiday "goodies" recipes. Frustrated with my knee!
I am feeling bummed because I have been in a lot of pain with my right knee, so I haven't been able to do much exercise over the past couple of weeks. I play alto sax in my local community band. Just out of curiosity, I typed in playing a musical instrument as exercise. To my surprise, it came up! I have several of these DVD's at home (along with a firming band that came with the DVD's). I've tried putting in her name as my exercise, but keep getting the message "no results found".
