I have several of these DVD's at home (along with a firming band that came with the DVD's). I've tried putting in her name as my exercise, but keep getting the message "no results found". I am going to be using her fast 3 miles, and want to make sure I can find how many calories I'm burning. Any advice/suggestions?? Thanks!!!

I used to do her videos quite often and I always used low impact aerobics. A couple months ago I got a HRM and tried it with the her video and it turned out the number of calories burned that mfp gave me was really close to what the HRM said.

Yes - what Lindsie said .... low impact aerobics is really close.

There is a Leslie Sansone Walk at Home group here in MFP if you're interested.
  • After you attempted to add her name and was unsuccessful, there would have been a link that states "Add an exercise to the database." There you would enter in which DVD you're trying to log. As far as calories I go by my HRM.
