I started MFP two weeks ago and began to incorporate walking and some jogging into my day. Did great for two weeks and began to see some progress. As always my life is not mine to control. I love bananas but I have heard that bananas should be avoided if you are trying to lose weight? I would rather eat a banana on the way home from work rather than pretzels or unsalted peanuts.
