Positive Motivators Needed!
I do well for a while and then I start to lose interest. Need people to help motivate me to stick to it. I'm 41 years old and have about 80 pounds to lose. Any takers? Feel free to add me!

Question for night shifters
How do you log your food? Do you log from midnight-midnight? Or do you log from the time you get up until the time you go to bed as one day?

Working out before bed
Just curious...I work 3rd shift and have a hard time getting a workout in before I go to work. Is it ok to work out just before going to bed? I've tried and failed several attempts at getting up early to do it. I figure, working out before bed is better than no work out at all, right?

Green Tea
I drink a lot of hot green tea, especially in the winter. Can I count that as water intake?

Smaller goals
I'm setting smaller goals for myself to start with. Makes it seem more attainable. I want to lose 60 pounds but set my first goal at 30. Makes me feel that I can accomplish it that way.

Calories burned
Are the calories burned accurate on here? It says I'm burning more calories than I feel like I am.

Exercise calories
I know this has been posted several times but I feel like if I eat my exercise calories I'm eating way too much food. Just started on the diet so it's too soon to tell if I'm losing weight by doing it. Is it necessary to eat all the calories?
