Question for night shifters

How do you log your food? Do you log from midnight-midnight? Or do you log from the time you get up until the time you go to bed as one day?

    I go by the actual day, so midnight to midnight. So whatever I've eaten on 5/3 goes to that day, and when it turns midnight and becomes 5/4 I log for that day. Hope that makes sense :-) (I'm tired so it's hard to rationalize my insanity at this point lol)

    Makes perfect sense :) I've been logging from the time I get up until the time I go to bed, but I've been thinking about switching. I'm not having much weight loss. Just been thinking about different ways to tweek what I've been doing.

    from when i get up to when i go to bed is my day. so after midnight i have to go back to the day before, but it works great for me
