Are the calories burned accurate on here? It says I'm burning more calories than I feel like I am.

I don't think they are very accurate. I think they are high, which is not good if you are looking to lose. My heart rate monitor matches what the elliptical at the gym says, so I go with those instead.0

i've seen people say they are both high and low so I think it really depends on the person. (These people were comparing the MFP calorie count to what their Heart Rate Monitors were telling them.)
I think if you have more weight to lose, you might burn more calories at first. The more you do certain exercises and the more fit you get, you may not burn as many. Upping resistance can help. Do things to make the same excercises harder.
I plan to get a heart rate monitor this week so I can see what my normal exercises are actually burning and adjust the calorie count within MFP when I do my postings.0
