It’s been about three months of working out and tracking meals. I cycle, run and weight train 4-6 times a week and I feel like I’m not progressing fast enough. Can you guys see a change?

I feel awful! I need advice to get back!
I just got back from a four day conference in San Francisco, and I feel really gross! On the upside I did a lot of walking all across the city, on the down side I ate so much bread, cheese, high calorie foods. Now what! How do I get back on track???
