Cross trainer calorie counter...
Hi all, Ive recently bought a cross trainer and the calories for 30mins on here is in the 300s and the calories the machine is saying ive burnt is in the 600s! So my question is how accurate are the calorie counters on these machine or should I stick with what MFP is giving me? Many thanks in advance :smile:

Midway weigh in and measurements!
Hi guys well I weighed and measured my chest, waist, tummy, hips & bum and thigh; did the measurements again today and in total I have lost 9 1/4 lbs and 7 1/2 inches of my body in those places!
