My other half decided wed go to visit his family for the weekend but I got straight back on it yesterday and tried out Level 2 (which Im regretting now!!!) and did 2 hours of line dancing last night too!   • I am exactly the same! And I didnt get any baby weight from the twins (couldnt fit much food in!!) but still have half the baby weight from my 7 yr old...its about time I got rid of it once and for all! It doesnt matter when you start as long as we all finish!!! :-)

  • Im doing it in Sherborne, Dorset! Have walked it 4 times, didnt do it last year cos was expecting twins so this year I thought Id try and run it! Crazy thinking!!! On the 2nd week of the training program, tough but worth it! Good luck with ur training!
  • I did Day 6 L1 of the Shred today and started using weights what a difference that makes! Also just completed my first jogging session on c25k which was really tough cos I normally go in the mornings! But the lbs and inches are comin off so its definately worth it! Bring on Race for Life in June!!!

  • Porridge is great in the morning keeps u fuller longer and u can add some fruit with it to make it more interesting! I put sweeteners in too and it tastes great!!! x
  • You should be eating at least 1200 cals a day and alot of the days ur only eating 700ish! Otherwise ur body will hang on to whatever ur giving it! Hope this helps x
  • There are lots of websites to help with training for the 5K just search for couch to 5K. Im also trying to train for Race for lIfe and had got to jogging for 15 mins non-stop but have had a few weeks off cos its hard to juggle with a 6 yr old and 6month old twins! Good luyck with it tho I know Ill need some luck :-)
  • Maybe start your day with boiled/poached eggs cos they are very filling, salad for lunch u could put a little pasta in with it to help fill u up and I usually put tuna in too and minced turkey with potatoes and veg for dinner. Just an idea! Hope this helps a bit!
