loss of motivation
i came off my diet after i came back from america about 12 weeks ago and i have put on 7lbs :( i never put on ne weight when i was over there and i just have had no motivation to go back on my diet :( does anyone know any tips which can help me keep motivated as i am starting my diet again today

i know this is primarily an american website so i was wondering what the american equivalent to the stepper machine is please as i need to logg it in but cant find it in the system help please x

i went to the gymm yesterdey but when i went to logg it into mfp it doesnt have cross trainer in the system? can u add this into the system or shud i leave it ?

ive been doing well for the past month sticking to my calorie intake, but since the weekend i just seem to b going downhill and cant stop eating :( i tend to snack alot as im in college all day :( any ideas what i can do ? i really dnt want to put my weight back on :(
