Question: To eat or not to eat?
I have heard that eating less than 2 hours before going to bed is bad for you. I have heard a massive amount about starvation mode. I have dealt with anorexia in my past, but have lost all the weight I wanted or needed to in a healthy way with MFP. I am on maintenance and trying to build muscle, but if I lose much more I…

Anyone in the Philly area doing the SGK Race 4 the Cure?
Hi, I'm in Jersey and was looking into doing the SGK Race for the Cure 5k this year. I wasn't sure if anyone else out there was also interested, or had done it in the past, and could give me more info. I am still undecided about doing it. It takes place on baby's 1st b-day. I can be running the fastest my treadmill at home will go (5.5 mph) and sweating my butt off, but my heart rate will stay between 80 and 90. Even at the gym on the better…

low blood sugar, help?
I have had low blood sugar since my preteens, but learned to regulate it with diet a few years later. I try to start every morning with a glass of apple or orange juice as well as some whole grain bread or cereal, having found that when I don't do this I will experience several drops in my sugar throughout the day,…

hello, new here
Hi, I just joined and am looking for other breastfeeding moms that are trying to loose the baby weight. I thought one of the best perks of breastfeeding (at least the one that sold me on it, as told to me by my dr) is that it helps burn those calories and melt off the baby fat. Am I the only one that it didn't work for?
