Don't you burn calories with strength exercises?
When I enter in things like bikram yoga, it doesn't show any calories being burned. I feel like I am definitely burning something! Also, I'm sure that weight lifting, doing push ups, sit ups, etc burns calories. Why doesn't MFP count them?

What happend if I go over my protein limit?
I've looked at my nutrition facts form my diary entries and it looks like I'm going over my protein limit quite often. What does this do?
