I did KettleWorx work out for about 6 months and I really really noticed the difference and loved it. I switched gyms and this one doesn't have dvd programs. I miss it! How do I calculate my min/mile rate and my pace?
I'll be honest I suck at math. Im sure there is a formula for this but I cant figure it out. If I ran 3.67 miles in 42 mins how can I calculate my min/mile rate and my pace (i.e 4mph, 5mph, etc)? Im running outside, so I dont have the tracking of a treadmill to go by. TIA!

Under Calories one day, Over calories the next?
If I was considerably and unintentionally under my calories yesterday (687 short), is it ok to make up for some of those today? I just started tracking since Monday and most of the week I have been under. I never realized how few calories I consumed on a daily basis, which is probably why I havent been losing hardly any…
